The Last Vinci
The Last Vinci, Cork’s powerhouse Alt‑Rock/Stoner trio led by Alex Vinci, are known for their thunderous low‑end, triple‑amp assault, and electrifying live presence. Since 2022, they’ve been self‑releasing their music via Narrow Door Records and touring with full DIY spirit.
Their second full-length album, The Revolution Is Made Together (March 2022), was recorded at Trapdoor Studios in Liverpool and Narrow Studio in Cork, co‑produced with the legendary Liverpool Producer Tom Peters (Vennart, Bicurious, Empire State Bastard, Burial at Sea and many others), and funded through a successful fan-driven campaign. It received critical acclaim for its eclectic energy and artistic maturity.
Following the release, the band gained support from Kerrang! Radio, where their single “Falling from a Mountain of Joy” went into heavy rotation, alongside further airplay from MMH, Total Rock, and ARFM. In Germany, coverage from Visions.de helped expand their international reach.
They toured heavily through 2022, including two UK runs with Bicurious—featuring a sold-out show in Bristol—and multiple headline shows in Cork, selling out Fred Zeppelins twice. In 2023, they launched their first European tour, spanning 16 dates across Ireland, the UK, Germany, and Italy, supported by Culture Ireland, with standout shows in Cork, Bristol, Cambridge, Berlin, and Halle.
In 2024, they hit the road again with Brighton’s electro-punk trio CLT DRP for an Irish tour that further cemented their live reputation. That year also marked the 10th anniversary of their debut album. To celebrate, the band released a reimagined version of their first-ever single, “Free From Yourself,” along with a deeply personal music video documenting the lifelong creative bond between Alex and Brasko—from childhood clips to full-blown stage performances.
On December 6th, 2024, they dropped their latest single, “Sonova Beach”—a fierce, anthemic critique of manipulation and self-serving behavior, delivered with raw lyrical honesty and their trademark heavy punch.
The Last Vinci have now completed their third studio album, once again produced by Tom Peters, and recorded at their newly expanded Narrow Studio in Cork.
Looking ahead to 2025, the band will embark on a co-headline tour with Bristol trio Blank Atlas, bringing their no-compromise live energy back to stages across Ireland and the UK.
Always loud, always real, and always on their own terms—The Last Vinci are a band defined by passion, grit, and pure sonic power.
