Narrow Door Management is an artist-focused management and development platform based in Cork, Ireland, founded by musician and producer Alex Vinci. The initiative began in 2019, after Alex discovered the explosive instrumental duo Bicurious. Moved by their sound and potential, and drawing on nearly 20 years of experience as a touring musician, bandleader, and independent label head, Alex felt compelled to step into the role of manager — offering guidance rooted in empathy, experience, and creative drive.

Built on the DIY ethos of its sister label, Narrow Door Records, Narrow Door Management is committed to supporting independent artists through all stages of their careers. Services range from creative and strategic development to touring, release planning, and long-term vision building — always with a strong emphasis on authenticity, longevity, and sustainability.

Since March 2023, Alex has been joined by Jack Piasentini, current manager of The Last Vinci and long-time collaborator. Jack brings valuable insight and operational support to the management team, also drawing on his role as second-in-command at Narrow Door Records.

Today, Narrow Door Management continues to grow as a platform that empowers artists not just to survive in the music industry — but to build meaningful, lasting careers on their own terms.
